Do you offer same-day and emergency service?
Yes. Our goal is to reach every customer within 24 hours of their call, and we run a 24-hour line for true emergencies — a door that won’t close, a snapped spring, a car trapped inside. Because we carry common parts on the truck, about 90% of repairs are finished in a single visit.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Enderby and serve the North Okanagan and Shuswap — Armstrong, Vernon, Coldstream, Lumby, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Lake Country, Kelowna, and the lake communities in between. If you’re not sure, just call and ask.
How do I know if I need a repair?
Watch for a door that won’t open or close, comes up crooked, jumps off its track, or makes new squeaking or grinding noises. Broken springs, frayed cables, worn rollers, and bent hinges are the usual culprits. Small problems turn into big ones fast, so it’s worth a call early.
What garage door brands do you install?
We’re a certified local dealer for Amarr, Steel-Craft, and Hörmann doors, and we install LiftMaster openers. Hörmann’s Good / Better / Best lineup means there’s a quality option for nearly any budget, residential or commercial.
Is a new garage door really worth it?
For most homes it’s one of the best-return upgrades you can make: better curb appeal and resale value, added security, lower maintenance, and real energy savings from an insulated door — which matters in Okanagan winters.
